1. Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on bdtjk, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. bdtjk strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide acceptable documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Status: You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction from which you are accessing bdtjk. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one bdtjk account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, cancellation of pending bets, and forfeiture of all balances including winnings and bonuses.
• Personal Use Only: Your bdtjk account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you may not transfer or sell your account to any third party.
• Capacity to Contract: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Accounts registered under false identities, on behalf of minors, or by individuals legally incapacitated from entering contracts will be immediately closed.

2. Registration & Account Verification

2.1 Registration Process

When creating a bdtjk account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdtjk is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving license)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Additional documentation may be requested if deemed necessary for verification purposes

2.3 Verification Timeline

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Your account will remain fully functional during the verification process, but withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete. If your documents are rejected, our support team will contact you with specific instructions on resubmission requirements.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password and never share it with any other person. bdtjk staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify bdtjk support immediately.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to monitor your account regularly and report any unauthorized transactions or suspicious activity to bdtjk without delay. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain adequate password security.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

bdtjk offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. While not mandatory, we strongly recommend enabling this feature. With 2FA activated, a one-time verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new device.

3.4 Device Security

You must ensure that any device used to access your bdtjk account is adequately secured. Do not access your account on public or shared devices without logging out completely when finished. bdtjk is not responsible for losses incurred due to your use of insecure devices or networks.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtjk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your bdtjk wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to process. bdtjk does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours for mobile financial services, and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits are set according to account verification level and transaction history. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳100,000 per day. Higher limits are available upon request for VIP members with established transaction history.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bdtjk operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with international financial standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements. bdtjk reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or suspicious transactions.

5. Betting Rules & Policies

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by bdtjk. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit bet amounts at our discretion without providing reasons. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled except in cases of obvious error.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or game provider. In cases where official results are unavailable, bdtjk will settle bets using reputable third-party statistical sources. Settlement decisions made by bdtjk are final.

5.3 Obvious Errors

If bdtjk identifies an obvious error in odds, betting lines, or bet settlement, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Obvious errors include but are not limited to incorrect odds due to technical malfunction, human error in data entry, or odds that do not reflect reasonable market expectations.

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to acceptance delays to account for changes in match circumstances. Bets placed during live events are accepted based on the score and time at which we receive the bet, not when you submitted it. Due to transmission delays, you accept the risk that circumstances may have changed between your bet submission and our acceptance.

5.5 Results & Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact bdtjk support within 7 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. All bet settlement disputes will be reviewed and a final decision provided within 14 days.

6 . Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at bdtjk's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria including geographic location, account status, deposit amount, and wagering history. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before funds become withdrawable. Standard wagering requirements for the bdtjk welcome bonus are 10x (bonus + deposit) on sports bets with minimum odds of 1.80, or 35x on casino games.

6.3 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from bonus credit. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

bdtjk has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, making coordinated bets to guarantee profit, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.

6.5 Bonus Terms Modifications

bdtjk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Specific terms and conditions apply to each promotion and are available on the relevant promotion page. In cases of conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtjk platform and constitute material breach of these terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, deception, collusion, or manipulation of games or betting outcomes
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one account per person
• Money Laundering: Using bdtjk services for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to transfer funds to another player
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or play games
• Exploiting Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of technical errors, bugs, or incorrect odds
• Syndicate Betting: Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee profit or circumvent limits
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 to access or use your account
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or payment reversals
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your account
• False Information: Providing false identity, address, or payment information
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to hide your location

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While bdtjk strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Content

bdtjk provides access to games and betting markets operated by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party content. Disputes regarding third-party game outcomes should be directed to the relevant game provider.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall bdtjk's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

8.4 Indirect Damages

bdtjk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Force Majeure

bdtjk is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or acts of hackers or third parties.

8.6 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and any losses incurred. bdtjk does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Self-Exclusion

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum period of 6 months.

9.2 Account Suspension by bdtjk

bdtjk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving violation of these terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, payment disputes, or at the request of regulatory authorities.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳500 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. To reactivate an inactive account, contact customer support.

9.4 Balance Settlement

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (minus applicable deductions for fees, chargebacks, or rule violations) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds and pending bets will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtjk platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks are the property of bdtjk or our licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of bdtjk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with international data protection standards.

12. Communications

By creating a bdtjk account, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and on-platform messaging. These communications may include account updates, promotional offers, security alerts, and service announcements. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential account-related communications.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of bdtjk shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and bdtjk. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you agree that the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdtjk operates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and regulations. By using bdtjk, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction for resolution of any legal matters.

14. Changes to Terms

bdtjk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of bdtjk after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
